And for those Companies that 'brag' that They ship by TRUCK...
First they do NOT re-pack the heater. All that is in the heater carton (made of flimsy cardboard from the Factory) is a small piece of foam and lots of air. All it takes is a small bump by a fork-lift, another larger box falling on your heater as the load shifts down the highway, or Top-loading where ANY pallet is simply dropped on top of your Precious heater no matter what the weight therefore crushing the top of the Heater. I have LOTS of heaters in my shop shipped by Truck-freight that are all beat-up - that was BEFORE I spent $15,000 on a Shipping-department and started Re-packing and Shipping by DHL.
And if you will check carefully...I have seen the Trucking-costs range from $169.00 on a small heater to $229.00 on the large heaters - That's just ROBBERY!
