The Rinnai's Free-Standing Direct-Vent EnergySaver 263 model has all of the features of the larger energy saver models in an innovative profile an design.  This design allows the 263 to be installed in smaller, hard to heat areas such as bedrooms, sun-rooms, add-on dens and lofts.

 

The 431 & The 556 Rinnai Heating: Rinnai's 431 & 556 Free-Standing Direct-Vent models include a 7 stage proportional valve providing constant even heat to all areas of the room. These models include LED temperature controls with a memory setting feature, child safety lock, and an economy mode for increased energy efficiency.

Installation: Each Rinnai Heating EnergySaver comes complete with an easy to install Horizontal Direct-Vent Venting kit. Simply drill a 3" hole through the wall; Insert Rinnai's special direct vent tube and adjust it to the wall thickness; mount the outside wall cap plate to the tube. Then connect the Rinnai Direct-Vent Free-Standing High Efficiency Heater and be prepared to be Toastywarm ALL winter!!!

Extension Venting Kits to connect to the Factory Horizontal Wall Vent are available for placing Heaters on inside walls, below grade and in basements. For uneven floor installations, leveling feet come standard on all EnergySaver models.

Important Notice:

Exhaust Venting MUST be done horizontally using the Factory Horizontal Wall Vent - NOT up through the roof or into an exiting chimney or flu-pipe. You may use an Optional Extension Kit to go up and OUT or sideways and OUT. BUT - The Factory Flu-pipe MUST be vented Horizontally with or without with the extension kits. BUT again Horizontally - NOT up!
