Although this page is NOT ready for prime time yet...Don't Despair!

I personally have a KWH-124 and LOVE IT; and the ONLY reason to get rid of your KWH-124 unit is if it shows signs of leaking inside the heater looking down through the flue pipe - Or take off the front 2 screws and look inside on the base of the Water Heater. Otherwise it can be Serviced and Repaired just fine.

Unfortunately there is NO video on this. But a REALLY good burner man should be able to service the KWH.
