At Different times in our heating history...Al's Heating has sold Empire, Perfection, Eskabe and Orbis Heaters, and the ONLY reason was price - in other words to try to cater the the whims of customers who wanted lower prices instead of Top-of-the-Line 1st Quality Gas Heaters.
Whenever we did this, We made a sale, but never felt really happy selling a product NOT the quality of Rinnai Gas Heaters. And it is no secret that older style non-electronic, non-fuel injected Gas Heaters use LOTS more Gas (up to twice as much) and cost LOTS more to run (up to twice as much) than the Rinnai Heater as attested to by customers Worldwide who are tossing out those Old-style gas-guzzling, less efficient and less comfortable Non-Fuel Injected Heaters.
In Addition...ONLY the Rinnai Heater has a Built-in Electronic Convection-loop Heating System that Out-performs ANY other gas heater in the World and uses less than 1/2 the fuel than other-style Non-Electronic gas heaters.
Therefore...we do NOT recommend in any way that you purchase a Cozy, Empire, Eskabe, Orbis as you will NOT get the features, performance, savings or most importantly the Heating Comfort you truly want - ONLY the Rinnai Gas Heater will satisfy your needs and cost the least to run.
We know we will NEVER buy another Empire, Cozy, Perfection, Eskabe or Orbis again or sell one to you our Valuable Customers. If we lose a sale to the Depot or Wallet-$-driven type buyers for these older-style less efficient heaters ...good for them and BAD for that customer who will pay for high Gas-usage over and over again but NEVER have the Quality of a Rinnai Gas Heater!!!
